Thank you for purchasing a 90-minute live lesson evaluation—I’m genuinely excited to work with you and help take your game to the next level.

 

To ensure we make the most of our time together, I typically book lessons about 2–3 weeks in advance. Please reply to this email with a few days and times that work best for you, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule.

 

Attached to this message is a short Student Questionnaire that will help me understand your background, goals, and any specific challenges you’re facing on the course. Please complete and return it at your earliest convenience. This will give me valuable insights before we even meet.

 

You’ll also receive an invite code shortly to join the OnForm App, which we’ll use for video analysis. If you have any swing videos from the past, feel free to upload them there for my review before our session. If not—no worries at all!

Arrival & Setup:

• Please wear a collared shirt tucked in, and avoid denim in accordance with club dress code.

• Parking is available in the main lot.

• Enter on the lower level near the tennis courts through the breezeway.

• I’ll meet you on the driving range, where you’ll see my equipment set up.

 

Lesson Experience:

• Practice balls will be preset on the range.

• You’re welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes early and stay 30 minutes after the lesson to practice.

• I’ll be using OnForm for video analysis and TrackMan for real-time launch data and feedback.

• A detailed video review will be available to you post-lesson.

 

Bonus Tip:

The club restaurant is open to non-members and accepts both cash and credit cards—perfect for a bite before or after your session.
